In 2014, Arian, the founder of WBNR, joined Enriched Academy and played a pivotal role in building the largest financial literacy events in Canada, which generated millions of dollars and thousands of financial coaching clients.
However, in 2019, the COVID-19 pandemic forced a dramatic shift. The challenge was clear: rebuild the success of the events in a completely digital environment.
This transition marked a turning point, pushing the team to embrace new strategies and create impactful virtual webinar experiences.

Arian led a team of 10 people to transform Enriched Academy's digital marketing. He made weekly webinars the main part of their business strategy. These webinars gave audiences helpful financial content and helped create new material that people wanted.
Arian started promotional campaigns, advertising programs, and the Financial Friday newsletter to keep audiences interested. He also built a sales team and created a clear sales process.
