Agreement to Receive Text Messages

By voluntarily providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree that WBNR may send you periodic SMS or MMS messages.

These messages may include:

  • Webinar registration confirmations

  • Webinar reminders and access information

  • Appointment reminders

  • Service updates

  • Educational information

  • Promotional offers and marketing communications

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from WBNR.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the webinar, event, service, or campaign for which you registered. You may receive up to approximately four messages per month unless otherwise disclosed at the time of registration.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.

WBNR does not charge you for receiving text messages, but your wireless provider may apply standard messaging or data charges.

Please contact your wireless provider if you have questions about your mobile plan.

Opting Out

You may unsubscribe from WBNR text messages at any time by replying STOP to:

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.

Supported Carriers

Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier.

Participating carriers may include major Canadian and United States wireless providers and other supported carriers.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Mobile Number

You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number that you are authorized to use.

You are responsible for notifying WBNR if your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person.

Information Collected Through SMS

Information collected through WBNR’s messaging services may include:

  • Your mobile phone number

  • Your mobile carrier

  • The date and time messages are sent or received

  • The content of messages you send

  • Your consent and opt-out records

  • Other information you voluntarily provide

WBNR may use this information to administer its messaging program, provide requested services, respond to inquiries, maintain compliance records, and improve its communications.
